Initially, healthy hair was the main focus, but overtime Latoya knew building relationships with clients was imperative. Latoya Babb, is an Advance Cosmetologist, Salon Owner, mother of 4 sons, wife, and industry leader. Her career started in 2008 after graduating from Euclid Beauty College. While working for Geno Lewis for 5 years she opened Phenomenal U Hair & Nail Salon. She has trained under Niki Smith, Color Ambassador from Chicago IL. and has taken numerous continuing education classes to stay up to date with new trends. Latoya believes in the importance of education and strives to become better everyday. She specializes in cutting, coloring, curling techniques and hair extension services.
